By accessing or using Plop Art, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Content & Privacy

• You retain ownership of all images you generate using our service
• We do not intentionally view, use, or share your generated images without explicit permission
• You have full control over saving, downloading, and sharing your images
• We require a valid email address for account security but will never share it without consent
• While we protect your privacy, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure
• We advise not creating content you wouldn't feel comfortable potentially becoming public

3. Data Collection & Security

We collect limited data to improve our service:

• Anonymous performance metrics
• Crash reports
• Device type and OS version
• Email address (required for login)

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Settings section of the app. We use trusted third-party services that follow data privacy best practices.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Plop Art to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Create images that depict real individuals without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disassemble any part of our service

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, Plop Art is not liable for unauthorized access or technical failures. We cannot guarantee absolute security of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
